Arnel helped me out with the sale of my home recently. This is my second time working with Arnel because the first time was a sensational experience. I thought the prior experience was great, but the 2nd time around blew me away in a positive way. Arnel was exceptional once again. I can say without any hesitation that Arnel is one of the finest individuals that I have worked with. Arnel proved again that Trust was sustained strongly and the trust and confidence factor was very significant to me when it comes to any real estate transaction. The Trust and confidence I had in him were extraordinary just like a family member. From the beginning stages to the very end of the sale process, Arnel always made me feel very encouraged that everything was going to work out. Although at certain times we faced some adversity, Arnel always had a solution and his problem-solving skills were unprecedented. This real estate transaction was a short sale, and the short sale process could be very complicated and stressful for both seller and agent. Arnel consistently lead the process in a manner that was cool headed and under control. There were times initially that I felt frustrated, however, he was capable of performing under pressure and was able to think on his feet. Throughout those instances, Arnel was challenged by a myriad of situations, which he tackled head on and found the most appropriate solutions to resolve the problem. Perhaps as important as his skill set as a realtor, Arnel is able to maintain open, positive, and honest communication with clients even under difficult and demanding circumstances. When dealing with Arnel, he will go the extra mile to get the job done, and definitely, leaves you a feeling that he is on your side and ready to fight for your best interest in mind. Arnel is firm in his approach, but his actions are driven by his compassion for what is best for clients. His methodical approach, along with the rapport and relationships that he built with clients, real estate partners, lenders, and agents throughout his career led Arnel to gain an understanding of the real estate business dynamics. This not only related to my personal experiences but also the respect and astounding reputation of both local and national real estate industry due to my research when initially seeking out realtors. Arnel is a focused, efficient and a reliable realtor who dedicates himself to his work as well as his clients.
