Jitu Choudhury is a seasoned entrepreneur, executive leader, and business strategist with more than three decades of experience building and scaling businesses across technology, real estate, investment, and international business development. He currently serves as CEO and Broker of Record of Silicon Valley Brokerage LLC, operating as Century 21 Silicon Valley Group, where he leads the company's strategic growth, acquisitions, recruiting, and market expansion initiatives.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Jitu built a successful international career in the semiconductor and technology sector, holding leadership positions in sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and technology commercialization. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading global organizations, technology startups, government agencies, investors, and academic institutions to create sustainable growth strategies and high-value partnerships.
Jitu has extensive experience in venture development, mergers and acquisitions, ecosystem creation, and global business expansion. He has successfully negotiated and managed multimillion-dollar partnerships, developed international alliance programs, and advised organizations on market entry, commercialization, and growth strategies across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
As an entrepreneur, Jitu has founded and led multiple companies, including ventures focused on semiconductor intellectual property, business consulting, investment advisory, and real estate services. His leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, long-term relationships, and creating opportunities for clients, agents, investors, and business partners to achieve sustainable success.
Under his leadership, Century 21 Silicon Valley Group is focused on becoming one of Northern California's premier real estate organizations, providing agents with training, mentorship, marketing support, technology resources, and business development opportunities designed to help them build thriving careers.
