With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, Paul has built a reputation as a trusted advisor with expertise spanning virtually every aspect of the industry. Since entering real estate in 2005, he has helped hundreds of clients successfully buy, sell, invest, and develop properties while navigating markets of all kinds.
Paul began his professional career in technology, working as a Program Manager with a background in technology and broadcasting. His transition into real estate combined his passion for helping people with his strengths in project management, marketing, and strategic problem-solving.
Licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 2007, Paul has extensive experience in residential sales, investment properties, REO and bank-owned assets, property renovations, and land development. He has personally purchased, remodeled, and sold more than 50 homes, giving him firsthand knowledge of the construction, design, budgeting, and resale process. His development experience also includes acquiring land, obtaining entitlements, and building homes from the ground up.
In 2017, Paul expanded his expertise by becoming a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. His dual knowledge of real estate and mortgage financing allows him to guide clients through every stage of the transaction—from selecting the right financing program to negotiating and closing with confidence.
