Judy Borowski is a godsend. After the death of my mother, I desperately needed someone who would take over the daunting task of selling all of my mother's household items through an estate sale, cleaning up her house, repairing the house, organizing beautification projects (i.e. landscaping, painting, new carpeting), staging the house, conducting "open house," advertising the house, and ultimately selling my late mother's house for well over asking price. The house was basically sold in less than a week after open house and real estate listing.
The whole process was quick, simple (for me), and efficient. Judy tirelessly conducted so many of these tasks "behind the scenes" while I was busy planning a funeral and grieving.
But most importantly, Judy is simply a wonderful human being. I enjoyed and continue to enjoy her honesty, her hard work, her humor, her compassion, her ability to communicate with others, her professionalism, and her astounding knowledge of real estate.
