Ruth did a great job! She sold two properties for me at the same time. There were many issues with the property that only came into light during the sale that she was able to manage all on her own. She was essentially doing the job of an agent and a manager at the same time. She also speaks Spanish which helped when communicated with contractors and the buyer. She works very hard and you can tell she loves what she does. I would recommend her to anyone because she gets the job done....
