Ashlynn was AMAZING every step of the way! My parents represented me locally since I was out of state & working full time. Ashlynn answered their many questions during the open house while also double checking basic features of the home were all functioning properly. She coordinated my inspections & assisted my parents with room measurements. She provided contact details for trusted local cleaning services & insurance agents so I could feel prepared as a new homeowner. Ashlynn also connected with the seller's realtor whenever needed in order to address questions (like last dryer vent cleaning date, last chimney cleaning date, confirmation carpets were recently professionally cleaned, where is the key to the storage closet, etc). I was so worried about not being there in-person, but with Ashlynn - buying my first home was easy and worry-free!
