Above and beyond! Jessica is multifaceted, multidisciplined and mulititasker extraordinaire! Roles I've witnessed her take on without hesitation are: detective, counselor, sleuth, inspector, negotiator, problem solver, cross examiner, professional photographer, designer, mediator, handy woman - all wrapped up in a stellar role as a real estate agent! I am fortunate to have found her. She facilitated our purchase on one property, while simultaneously working to sell another. As inspections occured, she sought out second opinions, consulted city and county officers and coordinated contractors to evaluate, investigate and perform necessary repairs and reports on my behalf.
