I had listed a Lake Wildwood home with another company in 2019 with no results. Joan Lehman of Century 21 was selected and given the listing in 2020 after reviewing multiple requests for the listing from other agents. Once she had the listing she brought in a real professional to shoot a video of the property which was by far one of the best I have ever seen. She used news print and post cards to advertise the property and did tours for agents. She and her office put up the money for all of this without knowing that a sale would be made. I needed someone to take care of everything since I live out of town. Once we started in the sale process she had us sign all the papers electronically and sent a notary to our out of town home to sign the final papers. Joan is a people person, knows how to negotiate, is very likeable, follows through on her commitments and is a professional in the real estate field. She worked hard for us to make everything go smoothly. I feel I made a good decision when I selected her to sell my property. She is hard working, with a lot of experience in the real estate field who is a great salesperson and knows the area well. I own more property in Lake Wildwood and when I am ready to sell I will call Joan Lehman. She did a great job for me.
