I plan to relocate to Grass Valley when I retire next year, so I had been searching for suitable properties in the area for some time via online real estate listings (e.g. Zillow) This was the first property that "checked most of my boxes", so decided to attend an Open House, where I met Lynn. She spent a lot of time answering my questions and going over what to expect in the whole process.
