I moved to beautiful Nevada County over 20 years ago from Southern CA to raise my children outside of the hustle bustle of the city life style. The Sierra Foothills is a beautiful area surrounded by trees, mountains, lakes and the river. Plenty of out door activities are available, just to name a few: snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, horse back riding, swimming in the river, boating and fishing.

I plan to relocate to Grass Valley when I retire next year, so I had been searching for suitable properties in the area for some time via online real estate listings (e.g. Zillow) This was the first property that "checked most of my boxes", so decided to attend an Open House, where I met Lynn. She spent a lot of time answering my questions and going over what to expect in the whole process.
