This was our first home purchase and zillow connected us to Max's local office. Max remains very hands on and attentive to our needs as clients evan now after we have completed the purchase process and await our moving date. Max was very laid back and that helped my stress levels tremendously when making such a large decision, I never felt pressured to make a decision and I never felt like he was sick of showing us properties. He was an excellent sport with our two young children who accompanied us on the home viewing trips, and he had a wealth of advice for us regarding the area. Max was available to us seemingly 24/7 which was surprising but welcome when we took half the night to read over paperwork and offers that needed to be submitted asap after we slowly digested what was in them. Overall a good experience with Max as our agent when looking for our first family home....
