Max Cutler
Born in Los Angeles and raised outside of Philadelphia, I bring a broad perspective and a strong work ethic shaped by diverse places, experiences and travel. I am an Eagle Scout, a distinction that reflects my lifelong commitment to integrity, leadership, and service.
I attended Temple University, where I earned a double major in Business Finance and Real Estate, building a solid foundation in both the financial and practical sides of property ownership and investment.
In 2012, I moved to Northern California, and by 2018 I found my way to Nevada County, a place that truly felt like home. In 2019, my wife and I purchased property here, where we now run a small farm and work toward a more self-sufficient lifestyle.
My passion for land stewardship led me to complete a Permaculture Design Certificate in 2022. I specialize in land planning and water management, giving me a unique, hands-on understanding of rural properties, acreage, and the long-term potential of land.
Today, I combine my financial background, real estate expertise, and deep appreciation for the land to help clients make informed, confident decisions—whether buying a home, selling property, or planning for the future....
