I spent 20 years living in Santa Barbara and
Ventura counties, where I obtained my real estate license in 2007, and managed the planning and entitlement phase of a 23 acre, residential urban development project. This included 59 single family homes, 60 apartments, and 60 condominiums. I gained extensive experience working with government agencies and financial institutions to guide projects through the regulatory and litigation process.
Moving back to the area I grew up in, I wanted to continue developing my knowledge of the real estate market and chose to do that by working with individual buyers and sellers.
