While Miguel Vega's official title is real estate agent, I think his better title would be Magician. My house was 97 years old and had the usual aches and pains. Because he knows the area well, Miguel lined up a team of painters, electricians, plumbers, house cleaners, landscapers, air conditioning people, and roof and termite inspectors. All of them did excellent work at fair prices. Miguel made suggestions and then let me decide what was to be done. I accepted all of his advice with confidence. The result was that after less than two weeks on the market, I had three offers. I accepted the highest bid, which was $12,000 more than the original asking price. Miguel was very much on top of everything that needed to be done. Finally, I felt that throughout all of the selling process, Miguel proved to be more than a real estate agent, I felt as though I had found a magician who was also a friend. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
