Poor Steve/Lawrence spent hours, many many hours with us in the search for the perfect house. We began with him in late December or early January for a few weeks, took a break until mid March then were on a continuous search until mid June when we finally found the perfect house. On each occasion we'd spent literally hours looking at these houses. He was soooo patient with us each time we were in town.
Steve/Lawrence did more for us at times then our own realtor in the sale of our home in order to buy this home in Hemet. We felt more at ease with Steve/Lawrence and could ask him ANYTHING about ANYTHING............such a pleasant man, and very knowledgeable!! We have found a friend in him!
We know Lawrence as Steve....so I must call him Steve/Lawrence!!! He was "always available", seriously, any time of day or night and patient with us. We were blessed to have stumbled across Mr. Krasovec!!!!!

The squatter in my house had broken a window and did some damage inside. As I was an hour and a half away dealing with my very ill lady Steve dealt with the police on several occasions, arranged to have the window replaced, arranged for a cleaning lady and spoke to the neighbors and had them call him when the squatter returned. I call that going above and beyond.
