I'm Uthpala Kinivita, known to most people as Kini. I'm a Realtor® with CENTURY 21 Affiliated, based in Irvine and serving Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Most of my clients are buying their first home, and many are the first in their family to own one. I built a free finder on my website that matches buyers to more than 40 down payment assistance programs across Southern California, and I work with CalHFA-approved lenders to put those programs to work. That background means I read a deal the way an investor does and explain it the way a teacher would. I speak English and Sinhala. Cal DRE #02343809....
