I AM KEN HEFFLEFINGER, A DREAM CATCHER . I help new friends catch their dream of buying and selling wonderful pieces of real estate. I am a California native and a real estate professional with 16 years of real estate experience, customer service and a commitment to hard work. Prior to real estate, I was a corporate accountant/auditor (General Electric, General Dynamics, Tandem Computers); investment analyst on Wall Street, and a retired 20-year school teacher.
My real estate clients appreciate my flexibility, low-pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what my clients want, negotiation and analytic skills, and my ability to accurately price and market real estate properties.
