I have been fighting cancer and in chemo treatments when we needed to do our walkthrough so I really wasn't in the best shape to do a good job, my son, wife and daughter in law went and the saw some things but Wayland really pointed out a lot more
issues than we found, and if I wasn't down and out I know I would have pointed them out at the time. I used to be an inspector for the county so I know I would have seen most of the issues we are finding now. I really appreciate the inspectors he got for us and the home warranty so we can get the issues fixed and get moved in in time, since high speed rail needed us out so fast. he is very professional and that makes for a good agent but also very understanding which makes for a great human being. you have a great hire in him and I hope to do business with him in the future again....
