The property/home that we sold was an investment property. I live about 90 miles away and so depended on Kari to handle pretty much the entire process. As we reconditioned the home before selling, she provided a checklist of what needed to be done and then repeatedly inspected the work of my support team to make sure that everything was completed. She even stopped by to make sure that the lawn was watered and not turning yellow. She is always reachable and answered all questions in a straightfowarad and relateable way.
