Michael Tedesco handled our deal completely remotely. My wife is in Stanford and I was unable to even come to Modesto during the sale of this home. He and Kelly (office coordinator) did an excellent job via email keeping me advised of the status of the sale on a regular basis. The home needed a new roof, yard work and painted. He handled all of this on my behalf-way beyond the typical real estate agent in my mind. I'm grateful for Michael's expertise, advice on what needed to be done to execute a quick sale. He also was important in dealing with the escrow company to insure that this was a successful 1031 exchange. A+
