Carlos in our opinion is the best agent on planet earth and we rate him excellent in every way. We guessed on the advertising columns due to the fact we were out of town during the sales campaign and really didn't see it. We expect they were excellent, our neighbors stated the open house with the high number of potential buyers was successful. This was apparent with the high number of bids and Carlos kept us informed as it progressed along. Carlos also helped after the fact with information required to help reduce our capital gains tax on the sale. We highly appreciate all the work he did for us and there is nothing like excellent results to prove your point.
