As referenced above, the home buying process itself was stressful and at times, specifically the housing market, the availability of homes, or the homes at times not meeting my needs. However, the burden and the stress were manageable due to Ms. Perez' tenacity and dedication to her clients. Ms. Perez' approach felt more like a family member that guides and supports you through out.
In addition, Ms. Perez' understanding and flexibility of my current work schedule (night shift with weekends) sets her apart because she accommodated her schedule to meet my needs. Beyond that, her expertise on the housing process provided me with a better understanding and empowered me to continue in my search for a home.
Lastly, Ms. Perez' made me feel like family rather than a client and valued my opinions otherwise, I would have given up on my dream of purchasing a home.
