My journey began more than a year ago with Ruben Salinas., Real Estate Agent. One afternoon I received a phone call inquiring whether I was interested in selling or purchasing a new home. At the time it was the furthest thing from my mind. I would get periodic calls from Ruben, inquiring if anything had changed. During these calls I was updated on what was going on in the real estate market. Ruben was able to demonstrate he was professional, confidence and cared about the client.
Once the decision was made to sell the property, Ruben was immediately my first choice as a realtor. We had already developed a superior working relationship; it made choosing a realtor easy. Throughout the transaction Ruben was responsive to receiving and returning calls, emails, answering questions, and providing weekly updates. But extremely important he was easy to work with.
Ruben’s knowledge base was exceptional in determining the correct price point for the property. Which resulted in multiple offers, above the market value of the investment property. So needless to say, Ruben not only met my expectations, they were exceeded.
My observance of Ruben, he is a dedicated real estate agent, with the ability to please and willing to go the extra mile to provide superior service. I commend him for his diligence and would highly recommend Ruben Salinas as a realtor to my family, friends and colleagues.
