We interviewed 4 Realators before deciding on Mark Daoud.When Mark came to meet with us he was very prepared.He had pulled the water credits for our house,because the city had it listed as a 2 bathroom when it was actually 21/2 bath.The other Realators we met with said they would pull the credits or we could list it as a bonus bath,which we would not of gotten as much money that way.That was our initial reason for picking Mark.Selling our home was not an easy thing,as soon as the city of Seaside came out to do their inspections we were hit with 7 different permitting issues one of the permits dated back to 1968. Mark went down to the city hall and met with David Little the head inspector for the city to help get the issues taken care of.Mark was in constant contact with us.We hired him on a Monday and he held and open house on Saturday and Sunday.Mark did extra advertising online and in the papers.When it was time to sign our closing documents he wanted to be there.He had offered us a $500.00 credit at the close of escrow,which I totally forgot about.Mark looked over the documents and saw that the credit was not given to us and had the title company adjust it.That money was out of his own pocket and he could of said nothing and we wouldn’t have even known,because honestly I just wanted this whole process to be over with.Not only did we sell our house but we bought a new home at the same time so everything had to work concurrently and Mark made that happen.We highly recommend Mark Daoud if your looking at buying a home,he is very professional,honest and above all really wants to help you.Hopefully we’ll be living in our new home for many years,but if I ever need another Realator it most definitely will be Mark.Sincerely Mark and Debby Rose
