Erik did a great job with our sale. We had some huge unexpected repairs in the middle of our first escrow which caused a big delay in the sale. Erik did a great job mitigating the issues at hand through his excellent communication skills and industry knowledge. The overall experience was difficult due to in controllable circumstances, but Erik was professional throughout the process, helpint walk us through every detail. Without the issues we would've closed within a few weeks of putting our house on the market. We all were glad we had him throughout the process and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy person and fantastic realtor!
