Mona Pita knows what it takes to sell a property. It seemed daunting at first as I have an older home that needed to be upgraded in many ways. She helped me out a lot with many good ideas and suggestions. She even helped me move out so the renovation of my property could begin. She was always in contact with me to follow up on the progress of my renovation and setting deadlines for when we could finally put the property on the market. I followed as much of her recommendations as I could and in the end it paid off because my condo did sell even in the uncertain housing market. I would recommend Mona because there are so many things that could go wrong if you don't have the right help and that could delay the sale of your property. She also has access to other real estate agents and brokers that have expertise to some seemingly obscure details of condo selling, like dealing with HOA regulations for example.
