First, Ken is impressively responsive. We were never left waiting to hear back from him on any question, as he would always respond right away. More often, he reached out to us with helpful information that we didn't even know we needed. If we ever did have a question he couldn't answer immediately, he found the answer for us as quickly as possible. Communication is critical when making such a large decision and negotiating the process of a home purchase. Since we were purchasing this home from out of town, it was very important to us that our agent was accessible and responsive, in addition to being reliable and able to handle all of the inspections and in-peron details in our absence. Ken handled everything efficiently and professionally. There were no problems at all. Contracts were sent in a timely manner and processed quickly. His knowledge of the local area was also extremely helpful to us.
In addition, Ken is extremely knowledgeable about the area (we purchased in Oakhurst), and we felt wthout hesitation that we could trust his advice and guidance. Knowing that he also has experience as a home inspector helped us to feel even more confident that he was truly representing us in ensuring that were getting a solid and fair deal on our home.
Finally, Ken is a genuinely kind, friendly, down to earth guy who is very easy to talk to, and who made us feel like he cared about our family and what was important to us. We do feel that we have made a friend and hope to remain in contact with him now that the purchase of our dream home is complete.
