I moved to Ventura County in 1984 and have lived in the cities of Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Newbury Park, Oxnard and currently reside in Moorpark. I joined Century 21 Everest in 2011 as I wanted to associate with the Real Estate market leader in Ventura County. We did not select the Broker. We selected the agent,Stan Patrick..I am a retired Realtor and considered handling the sale myself. Because the property was a second home outside of our area, we decided it best to hire a local agent to handle it.
We chose Stan based on a strong recommendation from a friend, were very impressed
with him at our first meeting and did not look further or interview any other agent.
Stan was very personable,knowledgeable and professional in all respects.
He did an excellent job of marketing the property to other agents,did regular open houses, personally showed it several times, regularly communicated results and promptly/personally found a buyer in a very difficult market.
Stan did an outstanding job of co-ordinating all aspects of the Escrow ,handling all necessary documentation with all parties, promptly and efficiently and getting the Escrow close on time.
We would use him for any future transactions in that area and strongly recommend him to anyone requiring a Realtor.
