Steven Grissom
Before entering real estate, I spent 18 years in law enforcement, serving in a variety of
specialized assignments, including as a homicide detective and SWAT crisis negotiator. That
experience taught me how to listen carefully, evaluate information, remain composed under
pressure, and negotiate strategically—skills I now bring to every real estate transaction.
As both a REALTOR® and active real estate investor, I understand real estate from more than
just the agent’s perspective. I have firsthand experience purchasing and renovating distressed
properties, operating short-term rentals, and utilizing financing strategies including hard-money
and DSCR loans.
I use that experience to help my clients look beyond the listing and evaluate the entire
opportunity. Whether negotiating price, seller concessions, repairs, or other terms, my goal is to
protect my clients’ interests and provide them with the information they need to make confident,
informed decisions.
I proudly serve buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Coachella Valley, with a particular
passion for helping clients use real estate to achieve their personal and long-term financial goals....
