Michael Shawn Blondin, Paso Robles
Michael was referred by friends that had just purchased in Paso Robles. They described him as patient and helpful in finding the exact property they wanted. I called Michael to let him know we would be interested in looking at homes, but not necessarily ready to move yet. The first time we met with Michael was in August of 2020 and he showed us about 5 or 6 homes. We ended up making an offer on a home in Heritage Ranch. Unfortunately, our offer was not accepted because of the type of financing we wanted to use. Over the next couple of months we made several offers and due to a very hot market it took until November to find the perfect property for us.
Michael was very attentive and patient with us from the beginning of our search to months after closing. He has assisted in finding a house cleaner, painters and more. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.
