I stumbled into real estate 30 years ago in Sonoma County. Over the years, I have worked through several real estate and business cycles fully recognizing the strength of our community. Having an emphasis in land use has enabled my efforts to quickly determine a property’s capability. I have also kept up to date on current legislation, which has helped me provide realistic expectations for the public understanding of what can be achieved.
Specialties:
Coastal Ranches: Both Karl Bundesen and I have been responsible for listing and selling miles of pristine coastline, stretching from Marin to Sonoma counties. My emphasis in land use involving large agricultural parcels, ranch lands, 1031 Exchanges and vineyard properties has led to the added experience of working with the Sonoma & Marin County Conservation & Open Space groups and Land Trusts.

Interests:
Beyond real estate, I am a surfer, builder, shaper, and glasser for 100% Agave Surfboards since 1993. These boards are originally produced from plant to board. Over the years, I have combined different materials in order to fully capture and emphasize aesthetics but have remained faithful to the purpose. Full of soul, these boards are one of a kind. 100% Agave Surfboards is currently servicing North Bay coastal communities and beyond.
