Three yrs ago John was our broker when we bought our primary residence. We had an excellent experience with him then and when the need arose to sell our current commercial property I wanted John to sell it because I knew he would do an outstanding job. This was true despite the fact that the property was a 4 hr drive away and my owner partner lived in one of the units. she wanted to have a local realtor. I strongly went to bat for John and ended up insisting he needed to be "our guy". Rather reluctantly my partner agreed and now she has repeatedly thanked me for inisting, as she found the experience "flawless" and due to John's professionalism, positive attitude and ability to explain in simple "laymens" terms, she found the whole experience much less difficult/stressful than she expected.
