This was the second house Kelly sold for my family's estate. She did an excellent job with the previous house and an even better job on this house because it needed more thoughtful strategies (work) to get it ready for the market. I met with Kelly and her partner Karl only once on the property because I live out of state. She kept me updated and took charge to make sure the house was ready for the market. The sale went smoothly and the house had an unbelievable amount of people interested in it. The Interest on Zillow was the best I have seen over the last eight years. The previous house was even better. The marketing was excellent. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking to sell a house.
