Bertha was fully committed to help me getting my first house, which was very difficult and complicated process at the beginning. We did three times, three attempts to buy my first House, and the first two intends, were a little frustrated, but
with all her knowledge and experience, She knew how to handle the situation professionally and knowledgeable, that was impressive from Her, the way She handled the process even though the difficult situation that She was going trough with one of Her Family members been lost. For buying a house in this time and days, you need someone who knows very well the Marketing, the process, laws, and regulations and have the audacity and capacity to go to any length with you through out the process, with experience, knowledge, and be mentally prepared to face every challenges through out the journey, and for Me, that's.
