Working with this realtor was an absolute breeze, especially since I can be a difficult person to work with in business. He was patient, understanding, un-confrontational, and always sharp on the ball.
What showed his incredible morals was when a family member wanted to buy my mobile home; he actually encouraged me to go for it and offered to drop the contract. I kept him on board for his commission anyway because he totally deserved it.
In my opinion, the park manager had resentments toward me and I wouldn't doubt she would try to ruin the sale, but this guy came in like a tiger and tamed her—she was like a puppy, and he worked it all out so she gave us zero problems. He has fantastic people skills, and without a doubt, this is the guy to get if you want someone reliable who won't mislead you....
