This was not my first purchase of a home and this one I can say was the quickestfind. It literally took me less than a month to find what I wanted in all aspects of what I needed. Francelia actually made it easier than what I expected to be. She was ahead of the game as far as letting me know what I needed to do before hand to make everything go smooth and not have to worry about last minute things.
