He's one of my best friends and went above and beyond clearing my house for me. I had ACL surgery so relied on him and other friends to do the hard work. Kilgore as well handled the business side helping me get my best offer and closed the deal.
Handled himself well for his first time experience selling a house. He did extremely well for the level of experience needed too, as my family trust was part of the process working with my uncle and attourney. He did great and my parents would be proud of my friend.
