Julio helped my husband and I purchase our first property. He was very patient and explained the process one step at a time and always answered our questions. He was also flexible with his schedule; he would re-adjusted his availability to match ours which was only weekends. Lastly, he was always in a positive mood; no matter the time of day or what the situation was he always had an enthusiastic greeting and an optimistic attitude about everything. I think that this last quality is what distinguishes him from other realtors or other people in the business because not everyone can be patient and optimistic with dealing with people over a long period of time.
