Rosa was recommended to us by a coworker who had a wonderful experience with her when Rosa helped her sell her home.
The first notable quality about Rosa was her quick response time and excellent communication skills from the onset. She responded to our emails and texts in a timely manner, which made the entire process go by a lot smoother. Being accessible via text was a major selling point for us when picking an agent.
Throughout the process, Rosa was very professional. She was punctual, polished, projected a professional demeanor and always seemed knowledgeable. She was also down-to-earth enough to not make us feel insecure about our small budget. Rather than dissuade us from sticking to our target area where there was little inventory in our price range, she worked with us by scouring the listings until she found us viable options to view.
Rosa was flexible throughout. She arranged showings for us on weekends to work around our work schedule. She also met with us on weekdays after work to accommodate our schedule. When we found our home and placed an offer, she was persistent with the selling agent until our offer was taken into consideration.
Rosa was very patient with all of our questions, worries and the different curve balls that are associated with the process, seeing us all the way through to the end. She even helped arrange a special recording so that we can move in to our new home in time to not have to pay for an additional month of rent at our former home.
After we'd moved in, Rosa hand delivered some final paperwork; bringing us a beautiful housewarming gift. We highly recommend her services to anyone reading this review and will continue to advertise to our friends and family through that power tool, word of mouth....
