She was very comfortable and knowledgeable the all the paper work, mineshafts in the area, local regulations, building codes, active with constant comparing comps with the home we purchased, and had lots of connections in the area with septic, home inspectors, pest control companies etc.

Even though the property was being sold to settle a trust, which was very difficult with a squabbling family, Susan was quick to iron out any bumps, catch any missed items, and brought to the table fairness.
