Casey had a difficult challenge in selling this property, due to the fact that the house, the shed and the surrounding property being unkept. The house and shed were falling down, so she suggested selling it to an investor/s. We had issues with the renter getting all his belongings moved out and the homeless people sleeping in the house and shed. She was always available for calls/texts. Her communication skills are excellent and she is very personable. Casey was recommended by a long time friend, and we are very happy with the outcome of the sale.
