We were referred to Ann by a co-worker and from the start she took the time to acquaint us with the area and help us think through areas where we might want to consider based on what we thought we could afford and other factors we were hoping to address. As a couple who was moving in from out of state, we knew very little about the market in the immediate area besides cost. And Ann was a big help to us in sorting all of that out.
Through all of our indecision, our uncertainty of whether a specific house would meet our needs, and our frustrations over the cost of housing given where we had moved from, Ann was the consulate professional who stuck with us and patiently took us to see any place that we wanted to see. She did a great job of helping us manage expectations and did not try to dissuade us from any property.
