Chuck was recommended to us by a family member and is an amazing realtor. He has helped us find two homes and sell one. I would not waste my time with any other realtor and I only recommend Chuck to freinds and family. He takes time to get to know his clients. Finds out their wants and needs and shows homes that fit that criteria. Chuck is extremely attentive to details, timelines and what is going on with all his clients at any given time. Never shown any sign of slack when it comes to paperwork and contracts. His knowledge of the area, communities, and properties is second to non. I really can say anything better than over the years Chuck has become a friend, someone I feel I can trust, and the only realtor I would ever want to do business with.
