Debra Karr exceeded expectations! This was the first home purchase for my husband and I. Deb was very mindful of our needs from price, neighborhood, conveniences, etc. My husband works during the day and she was very considerate of the time that we had to look at houses together. She didn't waste our time with viewing houses that would not meet all of our expectations. She got to know our whole family (myself, husband and four children) so that she would know our needs. She was considerate of living space, play space for the children, parking needs for our trailer, area for dogs, etc...
I have already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so. She is the best in the business. Infact, we have a property to sell in Twin Pines and will most definitely use her to list, sell and close the sale.
