Good news: We had the best homebuying experience. In less than two months, Ryan and Liz showed us ~30 homes - one of which became the "chosen one" in our desired city with all requested amenities within our price point; undergo the negotiation process; and close.
Bad news: We no longer get to spend time with them.
Ryan and Liz were amazing to work with, and we could not have asked for better realtors. Thank you, Navy Federal Referral Program! They were either early or on time for all appointments; respected our budget; and were extremely responsive. They were detail-oriented and let us know if there were any costly flaws within a home. (Like uneven, warped floors.) It really felt like they were advocating for us! Plus, Ryan is funny with all his dad jokes.
