Pat was born and raised in Mill Valley where she grew up riding her horses on Mt. Tamalpais. Upon graduating from Marin Catholic High School, Pat attended College of Marin and went to work for San Rafael Police Department as a Community Service Officer. Upon moving to Rohnert Park, Pat went to work for Pisenti and Brinker CPA's as an assistant to the managing partner. Pat was married in 1979 and has proudly made Rohnert Park home since.
Pat is an Associate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Fine Homes Specialist, Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She is the current chair of the North Bay Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee and is frequently called upon to sit on Realtor conduct hearings.
A 2004 - 2008 Member of the Board of Directors of the California Junior Miss Program, in 2002, Pat won the "Ralph Jones Humanitarian Award" for the Rohnert Park - Cotati Chapter of Realtors®. In 2000, Pat was "Chairman" of the North Bay Association of Realtors® and in 1996 and again in 2011, she was "Realtor of the Year" for the Rohnert Park - Cotati Chapter of Realtors. In 1989, Pat was the "First Year Outstanding Sale Associate" for Prudential California Realty in Santa Rosa.
A Realtor® since 1989, Pat is a consistent Top Producer. On December 1, 2010, Pat joined CENTURY 21 Classic Properties. In 2011, Pat earned company awards in recognition of her "Outstanding Pinnacle Commitment to Quality Service and Dedication to Customer Satisfaction." She also earned recognition for "Consistent High Production, Quality Service and Dedication to Century 21." While with Prudential California Realty Pat earned Prudential Real Estate's "Chairman's Circle Gold Award". This award is given to the top 3% of Prudential Real Estate's Sales Professionals Nationwide. Pat is also an active Rotarian and past President of the Rotary Club of Rohnert Park Cotati.
Pat is also Past President of the Santa Rosa 99's "International Organization of Women Pilots." committed to serving her community, Pat is currently studying Spanish to better assist her clients.
