Diane McDonald is a "One of a kind" agent and we really enjoyed going through what could have been a miserable experience. Her knowledge effort and excellent communication skills have made our two property experiences as smooth as possible with good outcomes. We originally met Diane in 2010 as she represented us in the purchase of a condominium. We remained in contact with her because she is such a good person. Recently, she again represented us with the sale of the condominium. Her knowledge of the market and her sage advice resulted in the sale of the property in the beginning of August. In addition to designing the marketing campaign and conducting open houses, she coordinated the process with our tenants and made sure they were out on time and the property ready for the new owners. She was invaluable in explaining the escrow documents and she coordinated closing with the title company.
We are currently looking for a home to relocate to the area and again Diane is out there reviewing potential properties for us and we are always happy to refer potential clients to Diane with enthusiasm.
