We have closed 5 properties in San Clemente with Randy Marshall and will continue to use him for all of our real estate transactions in San Clemente. I have used other brokers and they did not display the level of expertise we needed in purchasing investment properties. The other brokers came across more of a weekend warrior type of broker, not a professional investment real estate broker.
