We got to know Ching-Shian (Jane Yao) through a referral. In the beginning, as a new home buyer, we have a lot of questions because we're not used to the process of home purchase and there were too many regulations and intricacies involved in a home purchase no matter how big or small the house is. Jane was always patiently explaining and answering our questions, doubts, concerns and comments even at time it's quite late in her day. She takes her time to know our interests and in the beginning, we didn't really know what we want and what we can afford, but she just kept on patiently guiding us along the way and every steps all the way until the house became ours. To her, it's not only important for us to get the house we liked, but that we could be happy and love living it in there for some time.
We then purchased our first, second and now third house with her. We love working with her because not only she's super knowledgeable about house sales and purchase, but she is also very approachable and honest with her guidance and feedbacks for us which helped us tremendously in making decision for both of our house sales and purchase. It does not matter how difficult or complicated the issues that came up during our house purchase/ inspection, Jane always resolved everything quickly and professionally.
