We had previously used Sharon Schultz of Century 21 many years ago in the purchase of our rental. To assist us in the purchase of a 1031 exchange, she recommended Claudia. WOW what a woman! So knowledgeable, professional, friendly a good sense of humor. She worked non-stop, always available to show us potential properties. She is a TRUE ASSEST to Century 21. I hope Century 21 acknowledges her worth!
Karla, Claudia's daughter and also part of the Century 21 family, was of great assistance. She's definitely a "chip of the ol' block" as the saying goes.

Claudia, simply put, is of the highest in all categories above. She has great attention to every detail, superb knowledge of the areas of interest to us as Buyers, including signing us up for auto-updates to the MLS for our target areas; she had proven reliable in knowledge of Seller pricing; Claudia, without question, pour over every line of contracts, and was in constant communication with us- day & night, weekends and holidays; set up numerous inspections and open houses for us to view potential buying properties; Claudia was, by far, the most protective of our interests by reviewing and asking very direct questions on our behalf regards to our 1031 Proceeds as well as specifics in our contracts. She was asking questions we never even realized had impact on us as her represented-Buyers.
Claudia teamed exceptionally well with her daughter, Karla, in her own right, is just as fabulously talented in the previously stated characteristics. In this transaction, Karla was instrumental in processing paperwork after paperwork, form after form, and was keenly knowledgeable to explain what each document was as she was sending it. When Claudia took leave which was scheduled well in advance and so communicated, Karla was fully capable in setting up & showing us properties within our search parameters, and, in fact, wrote a proposal for us on a property we were out-bid on.
Wow! Claudia Mitre was, shall I say IS, every one of these characteristics. Not specifically listed here, Claudia LISTENED to everything we would say, summarize it back as to assure understanding of our comment/question, and respond with absolute confidence and knowledge. She would be able to carry on with implications, pros and cons, of our questions that would offer keen insight for us to consider. Her level temperament in dealings with us/Buyers and others/Sellers/Agents was of the highest in professionalism I have seen in and out of the Real Estate market industry. Every one of these characteristics was most instrumental in us being able to revisit our initial offer, which was not accepted, and succeeded in securing this, the right property at the right price for us!
Ok, Corporate Century 21, you should be pleased to know your Name and Corporate Interests are very well represented by Claudia Mitre and daughter Karla Judd. The one thing that you must take under strong consideration is placing your next brokerage in the very capable trust of Claudia Mitre. Her business sense, knowledge, ability to work professionally with Buyers, Sellers and Agents is a marvel to have been a part of. As a Buyer when I got rattled, Claudia would smile, LISTEN, and would offer two or three options for us to think on before proceeding forth. There are Buyers Agents; there are Sellers Agents. Claudia Mitre is a Professional Agent! She certainly had our interests in mind, but most importantly she had the interests of the completed sale in mind. This. singling, is what separates her from any other Real Estate Agent we have ever worked with. She is not self-serving. She is focused on seeing the deal go to escrow and beyond for the benefit of the sale. To us, this was a very noticeable difference that sets her apart from other Agents. Century 21 Corporate, that this purchase was relatively average in the market, the experience working with Claudia Mitre was worth far more to us than what we paid for.
