I have known Julie Johhnson since 1996. I bought I house in La Mesa. She handled
The 1031 exchange perfectly. My friend bought a house in PQ which she again
handled perfectly and she bought another house from her in Escondido which
where both 1031 exchanges. I then sold my house in La Mesa and bought one
in Oceanside. I sold the house in PQ after my friend died. Julie had to stand
on her head to sell this one , with many,many open houses. She stuck in there
completlng a difficult closing.
After 6 real estate she is still my friend.
