Marissa is a California Realtor / Investor with 24 years of sales experience and 14 years as a Licensed Realtor in California and Guam.
She started her Real Estate career in Guam USA - working with Military families who were PCSing. Shortly after, she began working with VA and First-Time Homebuyers. Accelerating her career, she quickly moved on to help Repeat Buyers and Sellers in the Residential Market Space, Land Purchases and Sales, Commercial Sales, and soon after, entered into
partnerships with Local and Overseas Builders and Investors.
Marissa is honored to have built lifelong relationships with her clients. She has earned their trust and in turn, has been able to maintain a strong referral system to help and assist her clients' extended family, friends, and colleagues who also wish to Buy, Sell or Invest.
Marissa moved to California in 2016 to expand her portfolio and offer her expertise right here in the Golden State. On January 12, 2025 she celebrated nine years of living in San Diego, CA and calling this wonderful city "HOME".
